{"alias":"contentPage","byline":null,"standfirst":null,"content":{"layouts":[{"type":"singleColumn","areas":[{"items":[{"gridType":"RichTextBlock","content":"\u003Cp\u003EEach quarter we reported on our progress on the commitments that we made when we responded to HM Coroner\u2019s Prevention of Future Deaths notice (PFD) following the inquest into the tragic death of Explorer Scout Ben Leonard.\u003C/p\u003E\n\u003Cp\u003EThis response was made on 18 April 2024, setting out 24 commitments to address HM Coroner\u2019s concerns.\u003C/p\u003E\n\u003Cp\u003EWe promised to publicly update on our progress every three months within the first year, and then annually within a new Safety Report later in 2025.\u00A0\u003C/p\u003E\n\u003Cp\u003EA\u202F Fatal Accident Investigation Panel was initiated within 48 hours of the conclusion of the inquest.
