We\u2019re pleased that the majority of our employees believe Scouts is a great place to work and our organisation\u0026nbsp;has a positive impact on society. The report also highlighted the positive impact our line managers are having through performance management and one-to-one support.\u003C/p\u003E\n\u003Cp\u003EOur scores overall, however, showed a decrease from last year\u2019s interim survey. They highlighted the need for us to invest time and energy in building trust and communicating our exciting vision for the future, as well as effectively communicating and managing ongoing change.\u003C/p\u003E\n\u003Cp\u003EDuring 2025, we\u2019ll undertake our next full Investors in People assessment, where Scouts\u2019 existing Gold status will be
