We found cost savings and restructured our staff team to be affordable within a breakeven budget for 2026/27.\u003C/li\u003E\n\u003Cli\u003EBuilt our assurance and risk capability to improve both how we learn as an organisation, and risk management. A dedicated team helps us understand the effectiveness of how we support volunteers to deliver safely, safeguard young people, and enable local governance to be effective support for Regions, Areas, Counties, Districts, and Groups. This underpins a learning culture, where we\u2019re regularly reflecting on what we\u2019ve learned and how to
