Instead, a staged approach is being taken during 2026 and 2027 to support continuous improvement over time. The first stage of this phased approach consisted of an all-staff survey some focus groups facilitated independently by our IiP assessor. The results highlighted a strong alignment with our organisational values and recognition of the positive societal impact of Scouts alongside supportive team cultures a flexible approach supporting work-life balance.\u003C/p\u003E\n\u003Cp\u003EThey also highlighted areas for improvement, including a desire for greater visibility and consistency from senior leaders, clearer communication and transparency around how decisions are made and communicated. Our phased reassessment will continue in 2026/27 culminating in a full reassessment in March
