This figure is a credit to our volunteers and how seriously they take keeping young people safe.\u003C/li\u003E\n\u003Cli\u003EReviewed our safety guidance content on our website to make it easier to use.\u003C/li\u003E\n\u003Cli\u003EImproved data insights through regular reports on incident data to County leaders.\u003C/li\u003E\n\u003Cli\u003ERestarted safety webinars led by County Safety Advisers and District Safety Leads.\u003C/li\u003E\n\u003Cli\u003EReceived external reviews of the Adventurous Activities and Nights Away schemes, and committed that improvements to these schemes will be delivered over the next three years.\u0026nbsp;\u003C/li\u003E\n\u003Cli\u003EContinued learning from incidents that happen, despite our mitigations. During the review period, the most common cause of incidents was \u2018a slip, trip, or fall\u2019. This accounts for 42% of occurrences (1,129). The next most common issue was \u2018contact with something\u2019 at 25% of occurrences (668). Finally, \u2018health-related\u2019 incidents make up 15% of occurrences (395). 750 safety incidents were recorded in \u2018free time\u2019 which is, traditionally, less intensively supervised \u2013 this represents 28% of incidents
