They learn by doing, sharing in spiritual reflection, and taking responsibility. They make choices, try new and challenging activities, and live their Scout Promise. All of this is underpinned by our Scout values.\u003C/p\u003E\n\u003Cp\u003EWe\u2019re proud that all young people, particularly those in areas of deprivation, can benefit from our programme, and aren\u2019t constrained by their ability to pay the subscription. Locally, there are arrangements to waive subscriptions and other costs for those who face financial hardship. Nationally, we give support to help Groups in lower income areas. The benefits of Scouts are further demonstrated throughout this report.\u003C/p\u003E\n\u003Ch3\u003EOur new vision\u003C/h3\u003E\n\u003Cp\u003EOur vision for 2025 was to have prepared more young people with skills for life, supported by amazing volunteers that deliver an inspiring programme. The aim was to grow, be more inclusive, more youth shaped, and make a bigger impact in our communities. This vision has been delivered, and the achievements were celebrated at Summit25.\u003C/p\u003E\n\u003Cp\u003EWe\u2019ve a new vision for 2035, shaped by 28,000 people \u2013 including thousands of young people, in particular through the UK Youth Forum
