aged 14\u002B achieved Top Awards, where community impact is a key component.\u003C/li\u003E\n\u003Cli\u003E40% of Section Leaders said their young people volunteer in the community at least once a term (4% above the 2019 baseline, but 7% below the 2025 target).\u003C/li\u003E\n\u003Cli\u003EIn 2025, 82% of young people said Scouts helps them feel able to make a positive impact in their community (up 4% since 2024 and 6% since 2019).\u003C/li\u003E\n\u003Cli\u003EScouts also took part in VE Day 80 commemorations nationally and locally, helping communities come together to remember and say thank you.\u003C/li\u003E\n\u003Cli\u003ESix Scout Groups received The King\u2019s Award for Voluntary Service (KAVS), the highest award for voluntary groups, recognising the difference
