Their feedback has been invaluable to improving our digital tools and processes.\u003C/li\u003E\n\u003Cli\u003EWe saw some success stories from the first year of our team-based approach to volunteering, and our volunteering culture.\u003C/li\u003E\n\u003Cli\u003EVolunteers used digital services to make Scouts happen for young people every week, including more than one million nights away and 5,000 Good Service Award nominations.\u003C/li\u003E\n\u003Cli\u003EUpdated volunteer recruitment adverts and processes to improve accessibility.\u003C/li\u003E\n\u003Cli\u003EWe tested and made available new resources to help members address misogyny and build racially inclusive cultures.\u003C/li\u003E\n\u003Cli\u003EVolunteers strengthened their skills to support young people and keep them safe, completing over 500,000 online courses.\u003C/li\u003E\n\u003Cli\u003EDeveloped and improved over 140 digital tools, guides, and resources, supported by the Omaze donation. We improved reporting and management tools for Lead Volunteers around safety and safeguarding reporting, and outstanding actions.\u003C/li\u003E\n\u003Cli\u003EContinued to work on diversifying UK-level volunteering: 7.1% of UK volunteers bring their knowledge and insight from Black, Asian, and Minority Ethnic communities, above the 5% Skills for Life target, but still below the UK national average of 14%, so there\u2019s more to do. Our mentoring programme supports a more diverse leadership pipeline alongside wider development for volunteer leaders.\u003C/li\u003E\n\u003Cli\u003EEmbedded a \u2018service team\u2019 approach \u2013 volunteer and staff experts can test and improve our ways of volunteering, and the digital tools that support it.\u003C/li\u003E\n\u003Cli\u003ERecognised more than 25,000 volunteers with awards this year, spanning Good Service, Long Service, Wood Badges, and Meritorious Conduct and
