She has held senior finance leadership roles across NHS trusts, Clinical Commissioning Groups and Integrated Care Systems in London and the South East, advising boards on financial strategy, governance, operational performance and service transformation. Prior to joining the NHS, Lei worked at PwC in London, delivering audit and assurance services to both commercial and public sector organisations.\u003C/p\u003E\n\u003Cp\u003ELei is passionate about using strong financial stewardship and effective governance to help organisations deliver lasting impact.
