He\u2019s held a variety of roles in the movement at Section, Group, District and County level and is currently part of the County Leadership Team for Avon in the South West. In this role he is responsible for developing Scouting across the County, which includes growing places available to young people, including in areas of deprivation, building strong teams and implementing plans to create sustainable development into the future.
