Reflecting on the movements, such as Black Lives Matter, Sharon believes that we all have a responsibility to continually nudge progress in terms of equity, playing a part to level access for youth across all communities to learning opportunities that build confidence. She is enthused by nurturing young people and adult volunteers in their personal growth and development and is looking forward to playing a part in TSA, an organisation rooted in youth prosperity and support, making an impactful change to our national society. \u003Cbr\u003E\u003Cbr\u003ESharon comes from a working-class background with a proud West Indian heritage where she was first in her family to attend university.
