Kirsten led major strategic finance initiatives, delivered on a significant divestment project and restructured and enhanced financial controls and assurance across what was a multi-site complex national charity.\u003C/p\u003E\n\u003Cp\u003EAt Sue Ryder she has also proudly been the Executive Leadership Team sponsor for the People with Disabilities network, championing inclusion and accessibility.\u003C/p\u003E\n\u003Cp\u003EKirsten is also Trustee and Treasurer of Hearing Help Essex, a small charity local to her that provides practical advice, hearing aid maintenance, and specialist guidance to help people across Essex manage hearing loss and stay connected.
