Live\u003C/h3\u003E\n\u003Cp\u003EThanks to our partnership with the RAF, we\u0027re excited to offer Scouts the chance to attend New Scientist Live at the London Excel again this year for free.\u003C/p\u003E\n\u003Cp\u003EWe\u0027ve been gifted 1,000 tickets \u2013 500 for Saturday 10 October and 500 for Sunday 11 October \u2013 giving young people and volunteers the opportunity to experience one of the UK\u0027s biggest celebrations of science, technology, engineering and maths (STEM).\u003C/p\u003E\n\u003Ch4\u003EHow to request your tickets\u003C/h4\u003E\n\u003Cp\u003EIf you\u0027d like to attend, simply complete the form below to request your tickets.\u003C/p\u003E\n\u003Cp\u003EWe will allocate tickets out to successful groups on the 10th August and will contact you via email confirming this.\u0026nbsp;\u003C/p\u003E\n\u003Cp\u003ENew Scientist Live will review requests as they come in and let you know if we\u0027ve been able to reserve tickets for your group. As demand is expected to be high, we recommend submitting your request as soon as possible.\u003C/p\u003E\n\u003Cp\u003EPlease note that your tickets are not confirmed until you\u0027ve told us your final numbers.\u003C/p\u003E\n\u003Ch4\u003EConfirm your places\u003C/h4\u003E\n\u003Cp\u003EIf your ticket request is successful, you\u0027ll need to confirm how many people will be attending by 16 September.\u003C/p\u003E\n\u003Cp\u003EIf we don\u0027t receive your final numbers by this date, we\u0027ll reallocate your reserved tickets to groups on the waiting list. This helps make sure as many young people as possible can benefit from this fantastic opportunity.\u003C/p\u003E\n\u003Ch4\u003EHelp us make every ticket count\u003C/h4\u003E\n\u003Cp\u003EThe RAF has generously donated these tickets to Scouts. Adult tickets are normally worth \u00A347 each, while child tickets are worth \u00A320 each, making this an incredible opportunity for our members.\u003C/p\u003E\n\u003Cp\u003ELast year, there was huge demand and a long waiting list. Unfortunately, a large number of reserved tickets weren\u0027t used because groups didn\u0027t let us know they no longer needed them.
