On her way downstairs, Jacqui tripped and fell face first, knocking herself out.\u003C/p\u003E\n\u003Cp\u003EWhen Jacqui came around, she heard Marshall saying, \u2018Mummy, are you alive?\u2019 and repeating \u2018Mummy needs help.\u2019 Jacqui couldn\u2019t move, so Marshall ran to get her phone, using his own instincts.\u003C/p\u003E\n\u003Cp\u003EHe even worked out how to unlock the phone himself, as Jacqui\u2019s injuries stopped her Face ID from working.\u003C/p\u003E\n\u003Cp\u003EAs soon as he\u2019d unlocked the phone, Marshall rang his grandparents who lived nearby. Marshall managed to pull the keys out of the door, post them through the letterbox, then explain to his grandparents what happened.\u003C/p\u003E\n\u003Cp\u003EHe remained incredibly calm the whole way through. What a hero!\u003C/p\u003E\n\u003Cp\u003EJacqui said Squirrels had a big influence on Marshall\u2019s reaction.
