Too many of our Scouts don\u2019t continue to Explorers, and too many Explorer Scouts don\u2019t make it to Network. So, we\u2019re now starting work on reviewing our offering for 14-24 year olds.\u003C/p\u003E\n\u003Cp\u003EOver the next five years, we\u2019ll be exploring what Scouting should achieve for future generations of 14-24 year olds.
