He\u2019s gone on to serve at every level, including as County Commissioner (2011-2014) and International Commissioner (2014-15). He\u2019s led large volunteer teams, helped shape national policy, and supported the development of Scouts in the UK and internationally.\u202F\u0026nbsp;\u003C/p\u003E\n\u003Cp\u003EDan\u2019s also held senior leadership roles in major public organisations. He\u2019s currently Chief People Officer at the University of the West of England (UWE Bristol), where he\u2019s responsible for people, culture and transformation. He\u2018s previously held senior roles in policing and national public bodies, with a strong track record in leading complex organisations through change.\u202F\u202F\u0026nbsp;\u003C/p\u003E\n\u003Cp\u003EDan brings significant charity governance experience, including as a Trustee and Chair of Governance at Quartet Community Foundation, and through a range of non-executive roles.\u202F\u202F\u0026nbsp;\u003C/p\u003E\n\u003Cp\u003EHe has a strong commitment to inclusion and safeguarding, shaped by both his professional work and lived experience.
