They are under the Leadership of the Area Lead Volunteer for BSO who is appointed by UK Headquarters under the recommendation of the Chief Volunteer for International. The Area Lead Volunteer for BSO is responsible to the Chief Volunteer for International.\u003C/li\u003E\n\u003Cli\u003EBritish Scouting Overseas is an Area and the Area is a charity registered in England with the Charity Commission for England and Wales. Organisationally, BSO has four Districts.\u003C/li\u003E\n\u003Cli\u003EThe Area receives appropriate support from UK Headquarters as agreed with the Area Lead Volunteer for BSO.\u003C/li\u003E\n\u003C/ol\u003E\n\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003E6.11.1.2 The Overseas Territories\u0026nbsp;\u003C/strong\u003E\u003C/p\u003E\n\u003Col style=\u0022list-style-type: lower-alpha;\u0022\u003E\n\u003Cli\u003ETerritories of The Scout Association are established overseas, with local Chief Scouts and Chief Commissioners. The Overseas Territories are not a part of British Scouting Overseas.
