With a background as a Senior Leader and consultant, she has supported organisations to weave inclusion into their leadership, culture, and strategy.\u003C/p\u003E\n\u003Cp\u003ERebecca is an accomplished international speaker and advocate for inclusion. She has delivered a TEDx Talk and worked with global organisations to create environments where everyone can belong and thrive. As a coach and facilitator, she helps people overcome barriers, celebrate their identities, and reach their full potential.\u003C/p\u003E\n\u003Cp\u003EHolding qualifications in Human Resources, Leadership, Coaching, and Psychotherapy, Rebecca combines expertise with empathy in everything she does.
