As a member of the UK Digital Team, you\u0027ll help ensure those tools are shaped by the people who use them.\u003C/p\u003E\n\u003Cp\u003EWe\u0027re bringing more of our digital capability in-house, with our own engineers, infrastructure and code. This means we can test ideas quickly, put them in front of real users, learn from feedback and improve fast. Most importantly, it allows us to design services around the needs of volunteers, young people, parents and carers, rather than the limitations of the systems behind them.\u003C/p\u003E\n\u003Cp\u003EYou\u0027ll work alongside colleagues in the Digital Team, leading or contributing to early initiatives that align with your skills and experience. You\u0027ll also help grow a community of digitally skilled volunteers who can test ideas, provide feedback and see their input translated into real improvements.\u003C/p\u003E\n\u003Cp\u003ETasks will be shared across the team based on skills, interests and availability, so no one will be expected to cover everything. Skills in software development, product management, delivery, community building, communications, data and AI will all be valuable, but this is not an exhaustive list.
