Identifying needs, designing and creating new approaches or resources, testing things out and providing feedback.\u003C/li\u003E\n\u003Cli\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003ELeadership\u003C/strong\u003E \u2013 acting as a volunteer lead or expert on a particular theme or strand of work.\u003C/li\u003E\n\u003Cli\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003ERepresentation\u003C/strong\u003E \u2013 representing the race equity project on other boards or projects across Scouts.\u003C/li\u003E\n\u003Cli\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EActing as a critical friend\u003C/strong\u003E \u2013 helping make sure the work is meaningful and impactful.\u003C/li\u003E\n\u003Cli\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EBeing an advocate for race equity\u003C/strong\u003E \u2013 being a visible champion for the work and providing active support to volunteers and staff.\u003C/li\u003E\n\u003C/ul\u003E\n\u003Ch3\u003EHow it will work\u003C/h3\u003E\n\u003Cul\u003E\n\u003Cli\u003EWe\u2019ll email you with opportunities as and when they crop up.\u003C/li\u003E\n\u003Cli\u003EYou can choose whether it\u2019s something you want to get involved with \u2013 just let us know either way.\u003C/li\u003E\n\u003Cli\u003ETime is flexible \u2013 it can be as little or as much as you want to give, depending on what you get involved with.\u003C/li\u003E\n\u003Cli\u003EMost of your input will be done remotely, using tools like Zoom or Teams (but don\u2019t worry if you\u2019re not confident using these, we\u2019ll help).\u003C/li\u003E\n\u003Cli\u003EWe\u2019ll support you to develop new skills and gain experience, as needed for the tasks or
