A new digital tool, My Learning, was developed to help volunteers understand, do and manage learning. It also sends automatic reminders when Safeguarding, Safety and First Response learning need to be renewed.\u003C/p\u003E\n\u003Cp\u003EPersonal Learning Plans and Adult Personal Files have been retired.\u00A0\u003C/p\u003E\n\u003Cp\u003EThe Wood Badge is now optional. The learning that\u2019s required for a Wood Badge depends on whether the volunteer\u2019s role is focussed on delivering programmes for young people or supporting and leading volunteers. Volunteers with the Learning Assessor accreditation support with crediting learning. \u202F\u202F\u202F\u00A0\u003C/p\u003E\n\u003Cp\u003EWe\u2019ve retired the Training Advisers\u2019 guides. Trainers and Learning Assessors can view Trainers Notes and Guides for Crediting Learning on My Learning.
