Trustees are responsible for governance tasks. Support tasks will be the responsibility of wider teams, usually either the Group Leadership Team or the District/County Support Team (as appropriate). Trustees might want to \u2018volunteer twice\u2019 to do support tasks as well as their governance tasks, but they\u2019re not expected to. As such, it\u2019s important that we have a shared understanding about what is a \u0027governance task\u0027 and what is a \u0027support task\u0027.\u00A0\u003C/li\u003E\n\u003Cli\u003ESplit your team into groups of ideally 4-6 people for the card sort activity. Smaller groups are better to give everyone a chance to be involved and to raise comments and questions. They should sort them so that \u2018governance tasks\u2019 are on one side and \u2018support tasks\u2019 are in the other side.
