They should, in addition to the usual leadership qualities, have the ability to:\u003C/p\u003E\n\u003Cul\u003E\n\u003Cli\u003Echange leadership styles appropriate to young peoples\u0027 ages\u003C/li\u003E\n\u003Cli\u003Erelate to different age groups, ranging from 4 to 18\u003C/li\u003E\n\u003Cli\u003Eprovide resources for the complete age range, ranging from craft materials to a car engine\u003C/li\u003E\n\u003Cli\u003Emanage two or more Sectional Balanced Programmes\u003C/li\u003E\n\u003C/ul\u003E\n\u003Cp\u003EThe responsibilities of Leaders within an Integrated Section will be similar to those for Sectional Team Leaders.\u003C/p\u003E\n\u003Cp\u003EThe \u0027Section\u0027 Team Leader maintains an overview of the Balanced Programme, Awards and Badges appropriate to the Sectional age groups with which they are working; making sure the programme takes account of these and the different methods appropriate to each age group.\u003C/p\u003E\n\u003Cp\u003E\u0027Section\u0027 Team Members may work in a similar way or be responsible for a particular Sectional age group. They might stay with that age group or follow the Members as they move through the Sectional programmes.\u003C/p\u003E\n\u003Cp\u003EFor an Integrated Section, there needs to be a Section Team Leader and at least one other adult, as a \u0027Section\u0027 Team Member. The Section Team Leader\u0027s role will be non-Section specific. Terms, such as Cub Section Team Leader, won\u0027t apply.\u003C/p\u003E\n\u003Cp\u003ESection Team Members may have Section specific roles, depending on how the leadership team is organised. Terms, such as Beavers Section Team Leader, may not apply.\u003C/p\u003E\n\u003Cp\u003ETraditional volunteer\u00A0names, such as \u0022Akela\u0022 or \u0022Skip\u0022 may be considered inappropriate for an Integrated Section.
