Adult volunteers need to complete the Growing Roots training. really is an activity for everyone, even if you don\u0027t consider yourself sporty. It\u0027s just about finding one that excites and interests you enough to follow through with.\u003C/p\u003E\n\u003Cp\u003EYou might want to try something completely new, or you might prefer to develop in an area you\u0027re already pursuing like a specific sport or general fitness.\u003C/p\u003E\n\u003Cp\u003ERemember: lots of the activities you\u0027re already completing through Scouts \u2013 like canoeing, caving, rock climbing, rowing, sailing or walking \u2013 could be a great match.\u003C/p\u003E\n\u003Cp\u003EParticipants can choose any sport, dance or fitness activity \u2013 in short, anything that requires a sustained level of energy and physical activity. For example, playing a sport regularly and showing personal improvement would count.
