This page gives us a summary of the coverage; the full policy will be made available for all Contingent members before travelling to the Jamboree.\u003C/p\u003E\n\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EEvent cancellation is covered for the Jamboree, and the policy covers the following scenarios, meaning the UK Contingent couldn\u2019t attend the event:\u0026nbsp;\u003C/strong\u003E\u003C/p\u003E\n\u003Cul\u003E\n\u003Cli\u003ESignificant, national circumstances in the UK or Poland: civil commotion or unrest;\u003C/li\u003E\n\u003Cli\u003ETerrorism: occurring within 30 days before the event, and within 21 miles of the Jamboree site;\u003C/li\u003E\n\u003Cli\u003EAdverse weather: storms, flooding;\u003C/li\u003E\n\u003Cli\u003ESudden structural collapse, or significant structural damage;\u003C/li\u003E\n\u003Cli\u003EA breakdown in the supply of essential materials and resources;\u003C/li\u003E\n\u003Cli\u003EIf The Scout Association determine its members cannot travel to the Jamboree due to a concern for the safety of its members. This is as long as the reason to cancel travel is outside the control of the UK Contingent.\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u003C/li\u003E\n\u003C/ul\u003E\n\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EThe following Travel Insurance is provided for members of the Contingent:\u0026nbsp;\u003C/strong\u003E\u003C/p\u003E\n\u003Cul\u003E\n\u003Cli\u003EIndividual baggage loss;\u003C/li\u003E\n\u003Cli\u003EMedical expenses;\u003C/li\u003E\n\u003Cli\u003ETravel delay benefit for a delayed travel provider.\u0026nbsp;\u003C/li\u003E\n\u003C/ul\u003E\n\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EThe following is not covered as part of the UK Contingent\u2019s Insurance Policy:\u0026nbsp;\u003C/strong\u003E\u003C/p\u003E\n\u003Cul\u003E\n\u003Cli\u003EThe outbreak of war and related dangers;\u003C/li\u003E\n\u003Cli\u003ECommunicable diseases (including COVID-19);\u003C/li\u003E\n\u003Cli\u003EInsolvency or financial failure of suppliers;\u003C/li\u003E\n\u003Cli\u003EThere is an upper limit of 75.
