Alex doesn\u0027t need intimate care, as they can use the toilet independently. However, Alex finds it difficult to take off their trousers and put them back on.\u003C/p\u003E\n\u003Cp\u003EConnor and Dani are Alex\u0027s Section Team Leaders and have professional experience in supporting young people with their personal care. Connor is a SEN Teaching Assistant and Dani is a Clinical Psychologist. After having a conversation, Alex, their parents, Connor and Dani have agreed that both leaders will be Alex\u2019s Nominated Person.\u003C/p\u003E\n\u003Cp\u003EDuring regular weekly meetings they have agreed that:\u003C/p\u003E\n\u003Cul\u003E\n\u003Cli\u003EAt drop-off, Alex\u2019s Dad will tell Connor or Dani if it\u2019s been a while since Alex has been to the toilet.
