It\u0027s important to store it in as dry and secure conditions as possible. Consider how it\u0027s stored to make access to it easy and safe. Storage racks will reduce unsafe piles of gear falling on a small Scout or volunteer. If you can, appoint a Quartermaster to oversee the equipment so that you know what you have, who needs to borrow it and to make sure that it is kept in good condition. For example, they might arrange for a Gas Safe engineer, specialising in LPG, to service and check your stoves and ovens. Have appropriate ways to access gear that is on higher levels, such as
